Hi, gang

When Rick Ross kindly plugged my new CD, a few kind souls asked for clips.
There are some available at http://cdbaby.com/cd/joejewellquartet

Thanks for your interest.

Joe,

Sounds great the fretlees+Rhodes gives it a great 70s vibe

Great tone! Gear rundown please - did you use the Benny on the cover?

Dear Mr. Styler:
Yes, it does have a 70's vibe. I loved the CTI recordings from that period,
a lot of which had Rhodes. My single favorite jazz guitar record is Kenny
Burrell's Round Midnight (1974), so I think there is a lot of that influence
present.
No, didn't use the Benny. I didn't have it when I tracked the record. I
used a '59 Historic 335 Reissue for the whole thing. The classical guitar
is by Greg Byers. Fuchs amps throughout.
If you want more specifics, just let me know.
