Excerpt from his Blues from rock to jazz instructional video. He
plays three of his written blues choruses mixed in with some on the
spot stuff. The third one (he puts up three fingers before it) is
pretty intervallic and certainly shows of his alternate picking.

I have his jazz rhythm guitar chops vid, and think it is one of the
best beginner jazz vids out there.

ive heard him play and seen him play many times in a number of situations.
A wonderful playeradn educator.
ITs interesting why some players are "successful" and some are not. OF
course it depends on how you measure "Success". Personally i dont think it
is not soley about musicianship. I think that would be pretty well agreed.

I've always wondered what he sounded like (this is how obscure he has become
for some of us at least). I like the way that he digs into the time.

Yeah. Mock is a really good guitar player, that's for sure. In
between those prewritten choruses he does some of the coolest stuff,
with the blues phrases and bends.
