George Benson & Al Jarreau - Givin' It Up

My wife is the coolest person in the world. She's always buying me cool
stuff like this: Ken Burn's Jazz DVD set, Ella Fitzgerald DVDs, etc...

Last night there was a knock on the door and it was FedEx with a package
containing the GB/AJ DVD/CD combo of Givin' It Up by MonsterMusic! Man, this
thing is so cool. I put the DVD in our DVD player that has surround sound
and it sounded SO GOOD! The DVD is really just an enhanced audio disc with a
"surround sound" version of the CD. It does of some video of "The Making
Of..." (which is cool to see) but it's primarily just an enhanced audio CD.
It also comes with a regulare CD to play in CD players.

Hearing this stuff with surround sound is the best!!! Man, it's cool. I
would've liked to hear a little more singing from Al Jarreau on the project,
but the stuff that he does add is so cool.

My wife is the best!

I've been seeing regular TV ads for that one (Givin' it Up). I have been
tempted.

Kind of strange to see TV direct marketing like that, but it really looks
kewl.
