I've been visiting in Gent, Belgium lately and have made friends with
the owners of The Sound Factory and The Guitar Store located in the
center part of the city. They tell me that they have customers all
over the world, and I guess what I've been most impressed about is
that they are very customer service oriented and attentive to the
musicians' needs.
Anyway, they have a website, http://www.the-soundfactory.net/ and it's
in English so I think that's pretty cool. One of the owners said they
get a lot of inquiries from U.S. and other parts of Europe, so if you
want to look at the site, you have the link. :-)
Oh, and they have this "company philosophy" which better explains what
they are like than what I am posting here about them.
