My son plays Gr. 9 Piano (classical orientation) and I try to play jazz
guitar. I'm looking for something we can play together. If it has to be
Christmas music so be it.
Any suggestions as to where to look?

Get a copy of The Real Book. It has lead sheets: melody and chord
symbols. It doesn't have written out piano parts, so your son will
have to improvise his voicings - can he read chord symbols?

Do a search for jazz piano.
So... Real Bool works for me (I have one) but not for him.

Not sure what kind of duet your thinking of that wouldn't require you read it.

Sounds like you should get some basic Christmas song repertoire, like
the Reader's Digest colleciton, which is really pretty good. Actually
they have a few "treasuries of popular song" that most
beginner/intermediate piano players can make it through with "Blue
Moon" and "Embraceable You" and "Small Hotel", "Body and Soul", etc.
And you read the chords.
Or if you can't really read the chords well, just doodle along. it's
Christmas! It'll be cool...
