Walker Labs Battery Amps Again

When Mark K. posted about these amps a while back I checked out their
page. It looks like the SoundTrek Jr Plus...

...would be really good for my looping pedalboard and Stick.

Mark, I'm wondering if you or anyone else has tried out the SoundTrek
Jr Plus, and if it sounds like a good-quality PA or keyboard amp. That
would be the best thing for me, because my whole rig is designed to go
into a PA. The Erskine drum loops don't sound good through a guitar
amp.

I have a Roland KC-150, but it sounds kind of midrangey and is not
battery power-able. With the Jr Plus I could plug the pedalboard into
the outlet and go play in the park...

I love my Crate Limo. A little too noisy for recording, but awesome for those
battery amp kind of gigs. It has a guitar input (coomplete w/ foot-switchable
distortion that doesn't suck!) and a hi z/low z (mic) input. Also has RCA CD inputs...
