Kenny Burrell's Midnight Blue

Hi,

I've been working on the tune Midnight Blue by Kenny Burrell. I have
the A section and most of the B section figured out. I'm having
trouble figuring out the chord changes for the last 4 bars of the B
section. Help would be appreciated if you know this tune.
