You know, the changes to that tune bugged me out of the Real Book, so
about a year ago I charted it off of "Birth of the Cool". I have done
nothing with it since, but here is what my ears picked up(I don't
really remember transcribing this, so I apologize for errors)...
In concert pitch (recorded in F Major):
//: Gm7 Am7 / BbMa7 C7 / FMa7 / Cm7 F7(alt.) /
/ BbMa7 / Gm7 FMa7\A / BbMa7 C7sus / FMa7(+4) ://
// Cm7 F7(alt.) / Cm7 F7(alt. ) / BbMa7 / /
/ Bbm7 Eb7(alt.)/ Bbm7 Eb7(alt.) / AbMa7 Abm7 / Gm7 C7+4 //
// Gm7 Am7 / BbMa7 C7 / FMa7 / Cm7 F7(alt.) /
/ BbMa7 / Gm7 FMa7\A / BbMa7 C7sus / FMa7(+4) //
I hope that helps!!
Good luck to you...

I think this is pretty much the same as the Real Book. The song is also in the
"Ultimate Jazz Fakebook" but I don't have that with me to check.
