If anyone has heard of this brand of acoustic guitar, please let me know. I
have one that I recieved when my grandfather died and I've never heard of
this brand before. The best I can tell this guitar is around 30-35 years old
and is in excellent condition. I'm trying to determine the value of it. I
don't want to sell it, but I am just curious.

You came to the right place, Joe - as it happens, I used to own an
Ensenada! Now there is one caveat - that name could have been used by
more than one manufacturer, but given that, "Ensenada" was a brand sold
for awhile by Montgomerey Wards, and were made in Japan. This was about
1971. It was a good student-level instrument.

Tony is right about the Montgy Ward connection. I had a friend who bought one
in 1971 for about $50. A comparable instrument would probably go for around
$200 or so today.
