USPS Claims may be submitted online at -mail.htm. Thereafter, lost or stolen Guest Annual Permits may be replaced for fee and up to a maximum of 3 replacement permits each year.

An employee may file a claim for wages against an employer under this section or any of the other State wage and hours laws for wages owed related to work performed, including but not limited to wages owed related to unpaid minimum wages, unpaid overtime compensation, wages lost because of unlawful discharge or other discriminatory acts taken in retaliation against the employee, up to six years prior to the date the claim for wages is filed.
Once the stop-work order becomes final, any employee affected by a stop-work order issued pursuant to this section shall be entitled to pay from the employer for the first ten days of work lost because of the stop-work. Upon request of any employee not paid wages, the commissioner can take assignment of the claim and bring any legal action necessary to collect all that is due.
