Moving forward we want to start utilizing service calls integrated with Outlook Calendars. Right now, we have the exchange connector set up and we're able to create a service call, add a resource (technician) and it creates a calendar item in his/her calendar in outlook.
The most likely cause for this behavior is because the wrong Address is listed on the login tab of the Outlook Extension Options. When the tab opens, by default the URL is
www.autotask.net, and not the user's zone-specific URL. The image below is intended to help better illustrate the issue:

If the user does not enter the correct the URL to reflect their own zone-specific URL for Autotask and instead leaves the generic
www.autotask.net, they will get an error message during authentication that states: The OTP token is invalid. Please enter a value and try again.
