I live in nearby Lillian, Al. I am wondering if there are any hammered
dulcimer
jam sessions in Pensacola Fl. ? I used to play dulcimer, but sold it to
concentrate
on my other instruments. I play 5 string banjo and acoustic guitar. I play
3 finger
"scruggs" style and melodic banjo. I really enjoy playing fiddle tunes on
the banjo.
And, I feel that playing these tunes with dulcimer players would inspire me
to learn
more of these tunes on the banjo. About the only guitar instrumentals I
play are
fiddle tunes.
Thanks for your time in reading this newsarticle.
