One of my other interests is the online encyclopedia project -
Wikipedia (www.wikipedia.com). I just had a look at the bagpipe entry,
and it is a bit sparse.

Also there is nothing on chanters, uilliean pipes or the other various
forms of the instrument. I'm still a bit of a newbie to the field, but
if anyone thinks they can improve the article, go right ahead.

Actually, for a brief encyclopedia entry, it's pretty complete. Clicks for more
details might be a good addition, as there are some 40-odd different types of
bagpipe as this NG constantly reminds us. Stu
