Uilleann Pipe Plans

OK, insanity has struck me! I'm giving serious thought to attempting to
build a set of uilleann pipes, or several if I like it! Does anyone have
advise as to plans / drawings / technical documents / et. al. related to
this subject. To date I have located the plans for Leo Rowsomes pipes as
published by Alan and Joan Ginsberg from Wales and I've got Amozon.com
searching for a copy of Wilbert Gavin's book which is currently out of
print while he completes the new edition. I've also acquired Eric Reiswig's
PVC smallpipes pages. The later of which is about the most thorough
document I've found to date. Is there a similar document replayed to the
uilleann pipes that goes into as much detail? Any and all help is most
appreciated, especially technical drawing and advice.
