Passing of Colm Dwane

I heard today of the passing of PM Colm Dwane of the Thomas Davis Pipeband
of Mallow Co. Cork Ireland. He may have passed away last month or before, but,
only learned of it today. I had been trying to contact the band for sometime,
but their email was not working, and the website has not been updated. This is
because Colm was the Webmaster.
I don't know any details of his illness or death, but he will missed by the
band and people who him.

I have only seen this now, and am not sure if you will receive this reply. I am Colm's brother, Aonghus. Colm died on September 22, 21001, from a brain tumour diagnosed the previous year. He set up the Pipe Band website in 1999, I believe, and there is a very interesting video of the 75th anniversary celebrations. It might be worth writing to Theresa O'Callaghan at
