Hi. I'm getting married and my mom is asking that we play some Iranian
music at the reception. I'm looking for something more than the
standard "guy with a keyboard and drum machine" type music that is
essentially western music with Iranian words with a synthesized "ney"
thrown in with a minor harmonic key (standard band-tomboonee). Can
anyone help? Any modern Iranian musicians making good music these
days?
