Skinny Puppy Anthology - R23.

On Skinny Puppy's 12 inch anthology there is a track called 'Assimilate r23
remix'. I was wondering if the r23 was a reference to Richard 23 ala Front 242
Ie, did he remix it? That would be the most obvious answer, but I'd like one
of you SkP knowledgables to verify it for me. Thanx.

i can't remember where i read it, but probably here or on the mailing
list...
richard 23 did not remix the track (he would be credited then,
wouldn't he?) but they 'were inspired by his work'... kind of a
tribute to richard 23... :)

Actually, Chris Sheperd (who co-produced KMFDM's _Angst_ and Nihil_
albums, did the remix on that as well as "The Choke (regrip)".
