In '91, DAED21 was formed and signed to Vancouver's Industrial Label, Spiral
Records, distributed by Cargo, Silent Records in USA and Staalplaat in the
Netherlands along with the likes of SECT, now signed to Third MInd, Emily Farena,
Dreamspeak, Drill and many others. DAED21's first EP, was entitled "Police State Of
Mind" and also appeared on Spiral's "Sound Generator" compilation CD.
At this poin the band was described by the media as dark gothic techno with romantic
asperations culled from the best "black attired bands" of the 80's, Joy Division,
Wire and Killing Joke.
In '92, DAED21 left SpiraL after their demise and was signed to KSM Records, Vancouver's
Industrial, Heavy/Extreme, Gothic Label, distributed by Cargo and the Spinner Music Group,
with such bands as Colour Clique, Dancing On Glass, X-Drone, Red Sector 1, Swan Yard,
Heatmiser and many others. KSM Records released their own sampler, CD compilation "Raincreature",
In '93 DAED21 left for Europe and did not return till '94, they went into the studio and recorded
a full length CD, "Gala". Tracks from this album are availabel on the following CD's;
Utopia Vision's "Sonic Obliteration" CD, distributed by Black Mark Productions in Germany and features
artists such as Hoer from Holland, Eternal Tears of Sorrow from Finland, Entrafis from Nova Scotia,

KSM Records is currently looking to license artists fro their up-coming CD, "Oracle Pool" which will
have artists such as DAED21, JAGD WILD, REANIMATED SOUL, MULTIPLEX, STRUCTURE, NAKEDWAVELENGTH and
