Anybody have any suggestions for Gothic and/or Industrial clubs in Denver,
Boulder or Colorado Springs, CO. I moved to Colorado recently from DC and
am going through withdrawal!
Thanx...

Anyway, the best you are going to do is Ground Zero and the Marquee in Boulder,
the Annex in C.S., and who knows what in Denver...
Anyway, e-mail me and I can elaborate more!

anybody in denver able to cofirm or debunk it?
(the thought of bunch of kids in motorcycle jackets with NIN
painted on the back going up to boyd to request some techno
drivel kind of makes me giggle though......... :) )

are you implying techno IS drivel? or are you implying that the kids with the
NIN painted on their jackets would request the drivel that much of techno is?
As much as i like Non and and as much as a hate NIN, if all fairness to all
genres, there is a lot of great techno being produced, and there has been since
the mid 80's. Let's not generalize here.....fine if you don't like techno, i
don't even mind if you've actually gone out and given a serious listen to the
best techno thats out there and still don't like it, but I finnd some of that
"techno drivel" quite a bit better then some Non, then again, depends which
hole you play it with.
Boyd DJs at a club in Denver called The Lion's Den. I don't know if its
industrial or the retro/garage sale stuff he's into.

The Lion's Lair.
Thursday night.
This place is not a club. It's a sink-hole, a bar.
It's not industrial or retro.
It's _partridge_family_ style.

well, i live here in boulder, but i have no idea what the answer
to your quetion is. when seeing the title of this thread i was hopping
that someone had news of new club. 'ground zero' (the local boulder
dance club that plays pretty good stuff) is getting old. Sorry to not be
much of a help. if anyone know of any place in denver that is a nice
indutrial place then please post.
