(In)famous song "Mere Jubna Ka Ubhar Dekho" from Man Ki Jeet 1944.
Shamshad Begum talked about this song after I had stopped recording.
I forgot to talk about it in my show. We are hoping to rebroadcast
Shamshad Begum interview again sometime later.

As per her, she sang the song for the film. When music director called her
for
the song, she refused to sing due to vulgar lyrics. Music director
approached
Josh Malihabadi about the objection. Josh Saheb called Shamshad Begum and
said, he will be the one who will be blamed for the wordings. Moreover, it
is
a mujra song and perfectly fits the situation. Shamshad Begum sang the
song for the film. However, the record was issued in the voice of Johrabai.

I don't know if anyone has the movie.

Chhatiya,N" and some lines from "Tum tum sev jhakko na raniji" also
In one muslim country Jagjtsing was prohibited to sing 'Pasine pasine
chale a rahe ho, bolo kahase chale a rahe ho ( or something to that
effect.!
