Info needed on TEEN DEVIYAN

Yesterday I was watching a movie called TEEN DEVIYAN *ing Dev Anand
and three actresses. I could recognise two of them as Nanda and
Simmy Garewal. The name of the third actress was Kalpana.
My question to all the Filmi Gurus, is she the same Kalpana Karthik
who was married to Dev Anand ?

Any info will be appreciated.

No, she's not Kalpana Karthik, Dev Anand's wife.
This Kalpana was a fat, good
looking actress of the 60's and did not act in too many movies.
One famous movie of her's comes instantly to memory - Professor

This movie had her and Shammi Kapoor as leads and excellant songs.
Some of them are:

1. Oh koyi aaeygaa aayegaa aayega
Pyaar ke dor me bandh jaayega

2. Ai gulbadan ai gulbadan
phoolon ki mehak kaanton ki chubhan

3. Mai chali mai chali

No the KALPANA who is in Teen Deviyaan is not Dev's wife..
His wife is the one who acted Nau Do Gyarah...Taxi Driver and many other
Navketan films... and also in BAazi..

No, she is just Kalpana, of the "Professor" fame. Kalpana Kartik is
different - she has acted in a couple of movies I remember - Munimji and
Nau Do Gyarah with DA if my memory serves me right.

Was Kalpana Karthik in the movie "C.I.D" with Dev Anand

I guess Munimji has Nalini Jayvant. Kalpana Kartik acted in many movies
with DA like , CID, House No 44, Taxi Driver (my favorite) etc.

Kalpana, if I am not wrong, is from the south. Her only "noteworthy"
performance, that I remember was in Professor, opp. Shammi Kapoor.

Kalpana in this movie is not Kalpana Karthik (Dev Anand's wife). Kalpana
of Teen Deviyan is known just by her first name. I don' know her last name.
She has also acted in few other movies like Professor (with Shammi Kapoor),
Pyar Kiye Ja(with Kishore Kumar).

Kalpana Karthik as far as I can remember came only in B&W movies long time ago.
I remember seeing only one movie of hers.
