Singer's name?
--------------

I have a bet with one of friend that the song " neele neele ambar par
chand jab aaye - pyar barasaye, hamko tarasaye, aiysa koyi saathi ho
aiysa preme ho--- *ing Kunal and sreedevi -don't remember the film's name
is sung by Kishore Kumar but he insists that it is sung by Amit kumar.
A dinner at an Indian resturant is at stake.

Please some one confirm who is right

Thanx a lot in advance.

Till then have fun.
Raj Kamalapur.

You win !

The film's Kalakaar (eminently forgettable though!).

It's Kishore Kumar all right (with Anuradha Paudwal) - singing to
tune of Kalyanji-Anandji.

I am no rmim buff but I was under the distinct impression that it was indeed
the son of Kishore, Amit Kumar, that sings the song. I think you buy him
dinner afterall...

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I thnik that neither of them sang it. It 's sung by S.P.
Balasubramaniam, baseed on the similar tune/song in Tamil which was
a 'super hit'...

The female version of the song is sung by Sadhana Sargam, not Anuradha.

Great to see such communication done in 1994.
There might have been no net accessibility, right?

It is sung by Kishore Kumar under Kalyanji Anandji's direction.

In fact, this song is a remake of Illaraja's sir 'Ilaya Nila', which was a big hit in Tamil, a year before Kalakaar was made.
So, basically, original music is that of Illayaja sir. But Kishoreda's rendering was magical and was a runaway hit.
