Here r the lyrics of one of the songs on Roja which i was supposed
to post 2-3 days ago but never got around doing it.

I must say that the music of this movie is quite refreshing. It's
lets say different from the regular hindi music trend. I am a gujarati so,
I dont know much about tamil, telugu or for that matter any
south indian music styles, tunes, film music but music of this movie
impressed me.
BTW, does anyone know what the meaning of "Roja" is?? It says "rose"
on the cassette, is that the real meaning??

I also find the music of Roja refreshingly new and different. On our
recent trip to India, we saw three movies in cinema halls - Darr, Roja
and Baazigar. Roja was by far the best of the three and we have bought
the CDs for Baazigar and Roja. The Roja cd has also some music by
RAGGA-RAAGA. All of Roja's songs are pretty innovative, and the song
by Minmini is quite catchy. I like the first three songs of Darr, but
the rest of the songs are disappointingly poor, especially coming from
Shiv-Hari! I thought Roja was Tamil for rose.
