Dunno the full lyrics but that first line should read
mere man me.n raam, tan me.n raam
rom rom me.n raam re
raam sumir le, dhyaan lagaa le
chho.D jagat ke kaam re

sumir le stands for "smaraN kar lo" in the dialect used for this song.

forgotten the gem of Ram's name and His worship.

These are different lyrics than that song most beautiful meaning though maybe this song is sung in a different dialect I'm noticing a lot of the lyrics posted for certain songs and then I look at the songs are not the same
