another Beatles song plagiarised for Rafi's vocals - 'dekho ab to kisko
nahiin hai khabar' based on 'i wanna hold your hand'

also the song 'honThon pe giit jaage' from the same film, based on 'I
could have danced all night' from My Fair Lady. Since the entire film
was based on My Fair Lady, maybe *some* consideration is due to RR.

ANd I second that as well. Same feeling for the Border song as well.

Yup I saw that song as well. It is a party song with four guys singing -
of course Shammi Kapoor was John Lennon and Paul McCartney both. More
than just a song liftoff !! Think the movie is Dil Tera Deewana - SJ ??

I definitely saw the Cliff Richard connection with the first two lines of
the song

This Beatles' Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Band album song was again later
done by Joe Cocker at woodstock. In the TV series "The wonder years" It's
the Joe Cocker version that's played.

No the movie was Janwar, also a SJ. It had Shammi K and Rajshree doing the
Beatles thing.

That's '500 miles'. An old folk song, done by various artists over
the years. Most recently done (to the best of my knowledge) by
"The Hooters". Good song.
