Here are the lyrics you requested and a translation to the best that
my English can do. Frankly, there are numerous expressions in Urdu/
Hindi that DO NOT translate well into English. IMHO there is no
language that excels Urdu in expressing emotions, as in poetry.

A great song, no doubt.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

yeh raaten, yeh mausam
= These nights, this season/weather
nadi ka kinara, yeh chancal hawa
= This river-shore/bank, this invigorating breeze
kaha do dilon ne, yeh milkar kabhi ham, na honge juda
= Two hearts have said together that we will never seperate

yeh kya baat hai aaj ki chandni meh
= What is is with the moonlight today
ke ham kho gaye pyar ki raagni meh
= That we are lost in the melody of love
yeh baahon mein bahen, yeh behki nigaahein
= In each other's arms, these mesmerizing eyes
lo aane laga zindagi ka maza
= We are having the time of our life

sitaro ki mehfil ne karke ishara
= The group of stars signal to us
kaha ab to saara jahan hai tumhara
= Saying the whole world belongs to you
muhobat jawan ho, khula aasman ho
= That love shall remain, that the skies are clear
kare koi dil aarzoo aur kya
= What else does a heart desire

kasam hai tumhe tum, agar mujh se roote
= Your promise, that you will never leave me
rahe saath jab tak yeh bandan na toote
= As long as we are together, this relation will not break
tumhe dil diya hai, yeh waada kiya hai
= I've given you my heart, I've made this promise
sanam mai tumhari rahoongi sada
= Darling, I'll be yours forever

I have a couple of changes to suggest in the translation. They are extremely
minor nitpicks and should not be treated as corrections but the musings of a
guy who felt like picking some nits (read anal retentive) this morning.
