back and I have no clue what these songs are.
Has anyone heard them and please provide

Is this by any chance
"hoton pe jaan chalii aayegii, nainon men niind nahiin aayegii" ?
Then its from a Bappi Lahiri movie Patita.
Kishore's "chaaku jaisii aawaaz" is at its display here !

All the songs you mention are from this album called "Kashish" by Kishore
Kumar. This is a compilation of songs during the 70s and the 80s.
I cant recall the others, though they all sound familiar.

One that comes immediately to mind is the Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi song, "in
haathon se sabkii gaadii chal rahii hai....". But it is available on the
film's CD.
According to the 2002 book "Gaata Rahe Meraa Dil - Kishore Kumar", by Kamal
Dhiman, Raj Kumar Rana, and Sunil Parmar, the following songs are from his
unreleased/incomplete films. All films MDed by Kishore.

Sometime in 1988 or 1989, an audio tape collection titled "Dui Kishore" was
released. I have been trying to get hold of this tape since then, to no
success. My undertadning is that this album has some (unreleased) songs
from the abvoe films.
If any one has this tape/album, I would appreciate their getting intouch
with me since I would love to acquire it.

The only known unreleased songs of Kishore Kumar are those found in
the Nerurkar/RDB book and Kishore's own Suhana Geet?
As far as I know, there are no unreleased songs from the other major
music directors of the 1980s. There are quite a few posthumous songs
but it's odd to think that none of those 1980s films (or earlier, for
that matter) went into the 'dabba.'
I like the subject name of this thread - it's a homing beacon for many
of us!

for me in a cassette which I've presently stored away; otherwise would

Oh yesss...a lovely song...one of the sexiest songs ever, in HFM...
I had the opportunity a few years back, to give this song to the
producer's son ( as a MP3 ), who now resides in Australia...this song
was never picturised...Vinod Mehra was to act in this movie...The
second song from the same movie is totally of a diffenent mood,
playful and youthful...cud have fit in Veer Zahra :P !!

This was picturised and very much part of the movie.. The song comes in the
later half of the movie when Kishore Kumar - the Inspector, put IS Johar
and his team in the Jail.. and they all sing this song in the jail.. a laugh

C Ramchandra? Do you mean the MD C Ramchandra (aka Anna aka Chitalkar)
If yes, can you provide a some authentic info of this information source..
as CKNZ was released in early 80's .. I am not sure if C Ramchandra was
active at that time (as he stopped working for hindi films in early 70s and
he passed away around the same time of CKNZ release)..if its true it would
be a great piece of trivia..

The VHS I saw of this film about 25 years ago definitely had this song - I
have an audio from the video source. {I know that the Geet Kosh refers to
the song being removed from the film.}

Oops sorry its not a duet but a trio song of Kishore-Rafi-Anna
Page 456 of Vishwas Nerurkar..also has the photo of all three, in the
recording studio !!
