Though have not seen this movie; an old issue of FILMFARE lists this
as a 1971 movie with Sunil Dutt listed as the lead actor; rather than
Feroz Khan as given in the clue.

Hi Neeraj,
We had difficulty phrasing the clue for 'Geetha Mera Naam.' The male
protagonist (hero?) is Sunil Dutt, playing the role of the crime-lord. His
second-in-command is Feroze Khan. The female protagonist is Sadhana, who
wants to bring Sunil Dutt to justice in order to clear her look-alike.
She befriends Feroze, brings him around to the righteous path, and with
his help penetrates Sunil Dutt's gang, and so on and so forth. Turns out
Sunil and Sadhana are siblings separated in childhood.
The clue says the hero and heroine are brother and sister and uses the
expression "romantic lead" to describe Feroze Khan. Sorry if it still
remained ambiguous.
Also sorry that you were misled by an unreliable source of information
regarding the date of the film; if 'Filmfare' differs from what we say,
then 'Filmfare' is wrong. :)

PS: Incidentally, your team got the film right in the quiz. :))

The Hindi Film Geet Kosh Vol. 5 lists the movie in the year 1974 and says that it was
released on 19-1-74.
Surjit Singh, a diehard movie fan(atic), period.
