Who is this singer ? - Today's/25th feature in your IB-Tube

It is Non-film Geet but a RARITY for the the polished rendition...in
her genre & on a fast rythm

Such genres are very rare in non-film Geets.

To me this song seems to have been recorded around '47-'48 because its
label is a "Yellow Twin".

Perhaps Mr. J.P.Guha of Kolkata can offer more info.

By evening, the song will be in respective IBs.
