Rahman has a new #1 hit song in Tamil for the movie IRUVAR(two
people) directed by Mani Ratnam(you remember him from "Bombay" and
"Roja").The song is "vennila vennila..."(moonlight moonlight...) sung
by Asha Bhosle.
Movie starrs former miss world Aishwairya Rai(her first film)
and malayalam super star Mohan Lal. This film is expected to release
in Hindi in April

Iruvar's soundtrack is excellent....does anyone know what the Hindi
version of this movie will be called, and when the soundtrack will be
released?

I heard the telugu version of "Iruvar" which is "Iddaru" and
the sound track is pretty bad except for one song by "Unnikrishnan &
Bombay
Jayasree". I think Rehman was very repetitive and cacophonic in this
particular movie. I felt "Prema Desam" which was "kadal desam (in tamil)
was much better songs.

i think it is called Anandam or Anandan ( by name of the hero in the
film)

the film has been declared a super flop. But music may not be.
