about truth, though i think a philosophical discussion will not be
appropriate in this forum, i feel that calling someone names, or
assessing somebody's beuty or ugliness is a subjective matter and not an
invariant truth. and you can take pains to avoid such things considering
that several of your beloved extended family members of this list get
hurt by those things.
gulam ali, mehndi hasan are even less beautiful than lata, even then we
forget their face when they start alaap. ravindra jain is blind, but we
enjoy his music. we should avoid commenting on the negative aspects
which almost everybody knows but does not state, honoring the
contribution made by them.
