Am looking for the details for this Anup Jalota bhajan. Myself not being much
of an authority on Anup Jalota, I thought the net would be the right place to
ask. He had come out with a collection of Rama bhajans sometime in 88-89. I
cannot recollect the name of the album but it was 'Ram something' [ big help
right! :) ] Some of the bhajans on it were
1. Bas raam ka naam liye ja
Aur apna kam kiye ja
2. Jagdambe jai jagdambe ma
3. Kabhi kabhi bhagvaan ko bhi bhakton se kaam pade
Jaana tha Ganga paar prabhu kevat ke naav chadhhe
4. Hari hari jap le manwa kyon ghabraaye
Ik vohi paar lagaaye, ik vohi paar lagaaye.
Raam naam ki loot hai, loot sake to loot
Ant kaal pachtaayega jab, pran jaayenge chhoot
Naam tera dhaam tera jo sumire sukh paaye
Ik vohi paar lagaaye, ik vohi paar lagaaye
This last bhajan is the one I am particularly interested in. Anup Jalota has
remdered in remarkably, and the music, I have no idea by whom, is extremely
soothing. Can anyone help with the lyrics (which are a mess right now) and/or
with the details of the casette? Thanks!
Renu.
