Could anyone tell where to find the kosh entry for this film
Habba Khatoon as well as this song?

The song and recording appearing good enough, hence, along with
the state of Rafi's voice, it is likely that it was in 1960s or
70s.

I could not find the same in film-index, koshes (film name, song
mukhda). At RMIM also, I could only find the above entry by Asad.

I want to send this entry to whoever was said to be giving
prizes for locating unknown songs of Rafi. Though, My previous
two entries (Aan and Benazir song) didn't elicit any response,
let alone the prized dollars.

Don't know when it was started but there was a Muzuffar Ali (Umrao
Jaan) film of the same name starring Dimple & Vinod Khanna which never
got released. There was some talk about it in the 80s. Supposed to be a
story about a Kashmiri princess.

HABBA KHATOON was being made by MAHBOOB KHAN. SANJAY KHAN was supposed
to be cast in it. Naushad was the MD and Ali Sardar Jaffery was the
lyricist.
Muzaffar Ali's HABBA KHATOON was to cast Dimple Kapadia and Vinod
Khanna and its title was changed to ZOONI. The music for Zooni was
composed by Khaiyyaam!

Vishwas Nerurkar's filmography on Naushad says that Habba Khatoon was
being directed by B R Chopra and the Producer was Roshanlal Vadhera. It
was to feature Raj Kapoor, Sanjay Khan and Zeenal Aman.

Hubba Khatoon directed by B.R.Chopra was written by Al-waheed of kolkata for producer Roshan lal wadhera, Al-waheed also wrote Mein Aur Meri Tanhai whose music composer was jagjit singh and producer Roshal Lal Wadhera.

Naushad Saheb used that same tune for a later in 1988 for a Malayalam movie titled "Dhwani" (Starring Prem Nazir, Jayaram, Shobna). The song was 'Anuraghalola Gatri' (a romantic genre) sung by KJ YEsudas.
