I think good ol' M.S.V. still holds the record (a guinness at that, I believe) - he
crossed the 1000 border a long time back - and possibly stands now at 1200.

MSV crossed 1000, but counts included along with ramamoorthy. Ilayajra alone is going to cross 1000th film this month
