Few corrections here:

The writer of this song is not Ramesh Gupta but Ramesh Chandra Pandey

Film starred Usha Kiran, Mahipal, and S.N.Tripathi

The film also had a popular Rafi + Geeta duet:
Hum aur tum jo mil gaye, to khil gayee....

Chandel

Name :- Mohammad Hafeez
Born at Jalandhar (Jan 1900)

Abhi to main jawaan hoin
Hawa bhi khushgwaar hai gulon pe bhi nikhaar hai
Tarannum hazaar hai bahaar purbahar hai
kahan chala hai sakiya
idhar to laut idhar to aa
are ye dekhta hai kya
utha subu, subu utha
subu utha, pyala bhar pyala bhar ke de idhar
chaman ki simt kar nazar saman to dekh bekhabar
vo kali kali badliyan
ufaq pe ho gayi aayan
vo ik hazoom-e-maikashan
hai su-e-maiqada rawan
ye kya guman hai budguman samajh na mujhko natuwa
khayal-e-juhad abhi kahan
abhi to main jawaan hoin
na gham kashodo-bast ka, bulund ka na past ka
na bod ka na hast ka na vada-e-asast ka
umeed aur yas gum
hawas gum kayas gum
nazar se aas paas gum
haman, bajuz gilas gum
na may mein kucch kami rahe kadah se humdami rahe
nashist ye zamin rahe yehi humahumi rahe
vo raag cheed mutriban
taravfaza, alamruba
asar sada-e-saaz ka
jigar mein aag de laga
har ik lab pe ho sada na haath rok saakiya
pilaye ja pilaye ja
abhi to mein jawaan hoin

Yes! that could be true! What I was trying to emphasize the fact was
that this original 'Mukhda' was composed by Hafiz .
