And as far as I can remember the movie is not "tel-malish". It is one of
Guru Dutt's movies. can't recollect the name till I get home tho.

: Dear friends,

THE Name of The Movie is "PYAASA"
The song goes like this: Sar Jo Tera Chakraye
Ya Dil Dooba Jaaye
Aaja Pyare Paas Hamare
Kahe Ghabraye Kahe Ghabraye...

I don't remember the rest of it.

The song was written by Sahir and composed by SDB.

It's about tel malish, sure, but not from the film 'tel malish'!

: "Dard tera .......

: ya dil dooba jaye
: aaja pyare paas hamare
: kahe ghabray kahe ghabray"

Here's an (incomplete) attempt:

Film: Pyaasa
Singer: Rafi

sar jo teraa chakraaye, yaa dil doobaa jaaye,
aajaa pyaare, paas hamaare, kaahe ghabraaye, kahe ghabraaye

laakh dukhoN ki, ek dawaa hai, kyon na aazmaaye,
kaahe ghabraaye, kaahe ghabraaye...

pyaar kaho yaa jhagdaa
ya business kaa ho ragdaa,
sab lafdoN kaa bojh hate jab pade haath ek tagdaa
sun sun sun, aare baabu sun, is champi meiN bade bade gun,
laakh dukhoN ki, ek dawaa hai, kyon na aazmaaye,

Tel mera hai muski,
ganj rahe na khuski,

Top 10 reasons why Prince chose to follow-up :

10] You wanted to confirm and correct the original poster's lyrics.
9] You really reaLLY REALLY like Johnny Walker and wanted everyone to know
just how well-versed you are with his work.
8] You just wanted to see your name on the net.
7] You hoped the women on rmim would be impressed by you.
6] You hoped the men on rmim would be impressed by you.
5] You hoped self appointed "Baadshah" Huzoor-e-aalam Rajan would be
impressed by you.
4] Tumne socha sardaar khus hoga, saabaashi dega. ***
3] Despite Porky's incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, you still think
Preeti is a woman, and are working on those first impressions.
2] You are just a sick puppy.

And the #1 reason why Prince chose to follow-up to Preeti's post

1] Talking about oil and its uses in any language gets you all worked up.
