Well, Bengali songs are most popular here :
a) Yeh kya hua, kaise hua, kab hua.. (Amar Prem)
Ae ki holo, kenu holo, kobe holo... (an Uttam Kumar movie)
b) Na jiya laage na .. (Anand)
Na mono laage na / niji bole kichu jeno bhaalo laagena ..
c) Nis din nis din yeh zulmi sajan aise batiyaaN banaaye haaN (Annadaata)
(its the Bangla version!)
d) O sajna barkha bahaar aayee .. (Parakh)
Na je-ona, rojoni ekhoni baakee / aaroo keechoo ditey baaki /
boley raat jaaga paakhi
e) Ae bequaraar dil / ho chuka hai mujhhko aaNsooON se pyaar ..( Kohra)
O nodi re, ekti kotha shudhai shudhu tomaare ...

My mother loved the "Chaagara song" and i have a very very dim memory of it ... but
i'm sure i'm going to fall over myself with the spellings and pronunciations
so i will wait for an authentic version :-)

Here are a few:
1:
Hindi: baar baar dekho, hazaar baar dekho
Telugu: yentha vaaru kaani, vedaanthulaina kaani
Kannada: nOdu nOdu nOdu (not sure though)
I know for sure that there is a version of this song in Tamil too!
2:
Hindi: chal uD jaa rE panchee ke ab tho ..
Telugu: payaninchE O chilukaa yEgiripO paadayi pOyEnu gooDu
3:
Hindi: kuhu kuhu bOlE kOyaliyaa
Telugu: haayi haayi gaa aamani saage (not sure of these lyrics!)
4:
Hindi: priyatamaa... aaja tujhkO pukaarE mErE geet rE
Telugu: priyatamaa ... naa madi ninnu pilichindi gaanamai, vEnu ...
5:
Hindi: kartee hooN vrath mai teRa sweekar karO maa, majhdaar mein Doobi..
Telugu: chEsaanu bhaktiga vratamu, mOralaalinchu maa, madilOna ...

I remember a Telugu song which was rendered into Hindi later on.
Don't remember the Telugu version but the one in Hindi is "Dekhne me
bhola dil ka salona, Bombai se aaya hai babu chinnanna...." from
Bombai ka Babu (naturally). The Telugu version is from Waheeda Rehman's
first movie.... yes, she acted in Telugu films before making it to
Hindi movies. Also, Rafi sang "Aaja tujhko pukare mere geet re..." in
Telugu. The rendition wasn't good because of his accent.
Wud appreciate if some Telugu-speaking netter cud provide more info.
on the above songs.

The song is from a movie called Rojulu Maaraayi.

During one of his live concerts, Yesudas sang the Malyalam version
of the guide song: tere mere sapne ab ek rang hain. He sang part
of the original hindi song also as a tribute to Rafi saheb. Needless
to say Yesudas sang the song with his heart and soul in it and was goooood!!
Does someone know if that is a popular Malyalali film song or just some
less-known non-filmi composition?
