This is from Iqbal Bano's album called, "Hum Dekhaingay, Iqbal Bano Live Concert
Classics Vol 1" it is on the M Enterprises lablel.
The above couplet is from a nazm written by Qateel Shifai.

Among her famous songs are the ones she sang written by Faiz Ahmed Faiz. There
is a two volume tape called "Iqbal Bano sings Faiz". I'll double check but the
copies I posess of the two are on Multitone brand of tapes. Some of her famous
songs of these tapes are:
Shaam-e-firaaq ab na pooch, aaee aur aa ke tal gai....
Dasht-e-tanhai mein, aye jaan-e-jahaan larzaan hai....
Dono jahaan teri mohaabat mein haar ke.....
