Why PUNJABI "men" only?

Do you mean Rati Agnihotri? I thought she was from South India. Plus,
she was a pretty good actress.

Surely Rati is (was) a better actress than was Dara Singh.
Sonu Walia better than Rajesh Khanna.
Poonam Dhillon better than Rajendra Kumar.
And I have never seen Dolly.

Rati is from Punjab. However, she started acting in tamil movies before doing
hindi movies. I am not sure how she started acting in tamil movies as I really
doubt whether she knew tamil.
