Character actor Vinod Nagpal info

Hi,

Does anybody have any info regarding character actor Vinod Nagpal ?

He most famously acted in the role of Deepti Naval's music teacher in
"Chashme Buddoor", and also as the alcoholic father in "Hum Log".

There used to be a rumour that he was really into music etc. Is that
true ?

he and his wife kavita nagpal are both theatre, tv and film
personalities. he also played mr khosla's sardar neighbour in khosla
ka ghosla.

his wife is majorly into kathak, am not too sure about him being into
music. though the character basesar ram was always singing (drunk or
otherwise)
