Since I am not familiar with your transliteration scheme, I feel it is
better if I write the complete lyrics 'my way' :-).

vara veeNaa, mrudu paaNee, vana ruha lochana raaNee
suruchira bambara veNee, sura nuta kalyaaNee

nirupama shubha guNa lolaa, nirata jayaaprada sheelaa
varadaa priya ranganaayaki, vaanchhita phala daayaki

sarasee jaasana jananee, jaya jaya jaya
vara veeNaa mrudu paaNee

Explanation (copied from 'ganamruta bodhini' by A.S. Panchapakesa Iyer; if
you need more info about this book, please email):

With divine veena in hand that is soft, you are the Queen of Paramaatma, who
has eyes like the petals of the lotus. You have tresses like the beetles,
you are worshipped by the Devas. You have an auspicious form. You shine
with unmatchable good qualities. You are the mistress of Ranganatha, the
wishful grantor of boons. You grant desired strength. Oh mother of Brahma,
victory to you.

Ciao.
