request: Surdas bhajan lyrics"hey govinda hey gopala rakho sharana"

I would be very grateful for the lyrics to this Surdas bhajan (on the
M S Subbulakshmi concert cassette - there is also another version by
MSS and by Lakshmi Shankar on the musicindiaonline site) - I see that
requests have been made for this bhajan before in the RMIC archives,
but I can't find any responses. An accompanying translation would be
doubly appreciated.

Hi, im srinivas. im from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, india.
i learned this bhajan from one of my music teachers. but today i realised that i am singing some wrong words and till now i didnt know the exact meaning of the song. Really im very thankful to you for this post. from now on i can sing the bhajan much more better than ever as i can feel the song in my heart..
