Problems with RAGINI - the Electronic Tanpura made by Mr. Hari Sharma

I have talked to Suresh & Padma Talwalkar, Ashwini Bhide and have
received comments from Ulhas Kashalkar, about the RAGINI Professional
electronic tanpura. Their experience with this tanpura is that almost
always once you make it "on" and "tune" it, the frequency moves slightly
"upwards", and it needs a slight adjustment. After that, however, it is
very stable. In India it is rarely used with batteries. They always
make it "on" and keep it on the stage for at least 30 min. before the
actual time of the concert. Then it is "tuned" to meet the needs of the
vocalist. The "box" needs a "little warming up", they said. I am
planning to send the information I have read on this NG to Mr. Sharma in
a week or so, and Ashwini Bhide said that she will also make Mr. Sharma
aware of the problems that were identified on thisNG. Regards......

Is there any recourse for the existing owners/users of e-tambora?
Is there any further suggestion to make this instrument robust; like having
a meter/dial [preferably a digital], which will indicate voltage, current &
frequency; ?

If anyone having problems with RAGINI can send the information to me I
will forward it to Mr. Sharma. Any suggestions to improve it (such as digital
