Gopuccha & Srotovaha Yati

Hi,

I just read the rAgA of the week from one of the web
pages I surfed this evening. I came across these
Gopuccha & Srotovaha Yati's. Could someone explain what
exactly these yatis mean?

Also, I heard a song, sung by Yesudas with these lines:

lakshana jitha
subha lakshana jitha
koti subha lakshana jitha
sadha koti subha lakshana jitha
mandhana sadha koti subha lakshana jitha

The song is 'Rakshamaam Charanaagatham' in Naattai.

What 'Yati' is this ?

(The 'reverse' yati is not there in this song).
