I'm talkin about "187","181" (i.e Eazy-E's "It's On (Dr.Dre) 187um Killa)
or Spice-1's "181 He Wrote"..

What should it mean?

187 is the police code for homocide. You might've also heard 211 (armed
robbery) on the first Eazy album.

187 is the Los Angeles police code for murder. The codes differ in
different cities, so if you ever here some stupid muthafucka use the
term-who lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, trying to be hard, tell him this.
187 in other states could mean stealing socks so don't say it if you don't
know what it means.
5150 is the code for temporary insanity.

187 is a penal code for a murder in California ...
