Scarface - the fix. The joints on Get well soon got me in the mood for this
and its definitely my LP of 2002. Probly my favorite face album. Probably
kanyes best work. Most of the big ROC tracks were just blaze, but ye kills my
block, in cold blood & heaven.
Obie Trice - cheers. Not as bad as i thought at first but the end runs outta
steam. D-12 shows their one use turning up on the posse cut outro. The muggs
joint with em & g-unit kills it. average man is pretty nice.
devin - the dude.
old g-unit shit with yayo. the more i listen to him, the more i think g-unit
misses him.
mister cee best of mobb deep. This thing just defines qb thug rap. Pretty
much makes the rest of their catalog obsolete, everything is on here; 38
tracks, from cop hell to shook ones to give up the goods to la la, etc, etc

"great music is better than average sex" - Merle Haggard
Ruff ryders 3 is hot too. Just the bubba/jada, styles/eastsidaz, lox, styles
solo, fiend (prod David banner) joints. the rest is painfully wack.
Whats the deal with this immortal technique cat, ive read some reviews of his
shit, and it sounds like dudes like the best shit out in a minute...
'Been playing this a lot myself, too. Probably feeling 'Safe', 'My Block' and
'Heaven' most right now.
I like Killer Mike, he just sounds the same on every commercial thing
he drops(Whole World, YEAH, ADIDAS, that shit with Jay-Z on the new
Outkast) so I feel like he'd get repetitive on an LP.

Did Kanye produce My Block? I always thought it was Nashiem Myrick,
the bad boy dude. If Ye did, that's hot. He also produced the TRACK
of 2002 that got CUT from this LP of 2002, Guess Who's Back. And why
the hell hasn't anyone told me when College Dropout is comin out yet?
Normally everyone on here lives for that shit.
>> Killer mike - monster. This was slept on, its hot. Was it 02 or

I second that on Killer Mike though, I enjoyed that album the whole way
through...adidas, rap is DEAD, I'm the monster I'm the sick and twisted
monster...and mama I don't want to sell crack no more, all bangers
>Whats the deal with this immortal technique cat, ive read some reviews of his

he is. not that you should take my word for it though, we don't necessarily
see eye to eye too much...
He's pretty fucking whack imo, he's just getting attention because
he's controversial and says ignorant conspiracy theory
I-smoke-too-much-crank type shit to shock people. He's boring (tries
to be too intellectual when he isn't very intelligent), can't deliver
rhymes worth shit and has bunk beats.
That "Dance With the Devil" song is alright, he tells a real
nice/interesting story, but the beat is corny with it's classical
sample. If producers are going to sample a classical song (or any
song for that matter), it should at least be something that everybody
in the damn world doesn't already know and recognize instantly. I
can't remember what the classical song is called, I used to have this
really old antique metal windmill thing in my house that played it
though. It kind of freaked me out, but anyway...
His stuff is like almost good, but not quite, and it aggrivates me, I think
it's his flow.

I didn't like ADIDAS but I do like the other verses and hooks ive heard
from him. SHould I cop the album?
Older shit im feelin right now..
Artifacts - "Thats Them"
This album ain't half bad you know? It realy isnt. Released fractionally
before there were one thousand rappers who sounded like El Da Sensei and
with proper all round productionn from Shawn J, DITC, Mr Walt, VIC
Padilla and Baby Paul.
The first side is dope.
Tame One is really cool, you can really hear the jersey style. Anyway
this album is perfectly serviceable in a really good way.
Group Home - "Livin Proof"
Yeah so I've made it clear I'm banging this (thanks for the loan MM) and
it really is too dope rediscovering it. Primo has NEVER put so many well
crafted beats on one album, which is a claim. The boys really aren't
THAT bad. Well they ARE but they kind of have some heart and FLAVA to
make up for it.
Outkast - "Aquemini"
Still my second favourite Outkast album and still the least consistent
one they've done but you know, brilliant. About 5 of the tracks are so
supremely brilliant its just silly. It makes you wish however much you
like the Andre album, that he would do a bit more rapping at some point.
No one group has had two such great rappers since Cube and Ren and this
album probably sees them at the peak of thier skills (if not thier peak
musically).
All my Buckwild shit.
How everyone doesn't go on about him yet is beyond me...
Biggie - "Life afer death"
This album really sucks donky but still. The good tracks are Sooooooooo
good. Can i get a sooooo?
Yeah. So. Are there accapellas of this album available? I'd like to hear
someone remix this one. Erick Sermon could make it "Life after Def
Squad". Or erm. "life after Def Jeff". Or erm...
Missin you is good. Heh. Sad.

Kind of. I really dislike a LOT of it. Its also way too long to even
listen to. Is it a 2 disc CD?

El Da Sensei, conversely is pretty fucking lame. He is the one who
sounds like EVERY other rapper out there.
