Brandy's Back to ''Talk about Our Love'': New Single Features Kanye
West; New Album Due June 22nd

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 2004--Atlantic Records has
announced the return of Brandy with the release of "Talk About Our
Love," the first single from her eagerly awaited new album. Produced
and co-written by Kanye West, who is also featured on the track, the
single is shipping to radio in early April. Tomorrow, March 26th,
Brandy fans will be able to hear the single for the first time when it
makes its world premiere via AOL Music's First Listen program.

Brandy's as-yet-untitled fourth album is slated for release on June
22nd. With the exception of "Talk About Our Love," the album was
primarily produced by Timbaland. Brandy will unveil her new collection
to members of the media at a special launch event to be held in April
in Montego Bay on the island of Jamaica. The event is being hosted by
The Tourism Board of Jamaica, Half Moon Resort & Spa and Air Jamaica
Airlines.

This marks Brandy's first new music since 2002's RIAA platinum "FULL
MOON," which debuted at #1 on Billboard's "Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums"
chart and at #2 on the Billboard 200, her highest-ever first-week
position. "FULL MOON," which was nominated for a Grammy as Best
Contemporary R&B Album, featured the smash crossover hit, "What About
Us?"

Brandy's new album is her first release since she began a new
management relationship with Benny Medina and his Handprint
Entertainment company.

Brandy is the consummate modern artist, a charismatic and
multi-talented star whose gifts span a diversity of creative worlds -
from music to film to fashion. Since making her Atlantic debut a
decade ago at the age of 15, her list of achievements includes
multi-million-selling albums - including 1995's RIAA 4x-platinum
certified "BRANDY" and 1998's RIAA 5x-platinum certified "NEVER SAY
NEVER," and a string of enormously popular singles - including "Baby,"
"Sittin' Up In My Room," "Have You Ever," and the RIAA
double-platinum, Grammy-winning, #1 smash, "The Boy Is Mine."

An accomplished and acclaimed actress, Brandy has starred in her own
long-running UPN series, Moesha, as well as in such films as Walt
Disney Pictures' Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, Columbia
Pictures' I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, and ABC-TV's Double
Platinum. At the same time, she has devoted herself to a number of
humanitarian causes, including the Norwood Kids Foundation in McComb,
Mississippi, as well as being named the first International
Spokesperson For Youth by the U.S. Committee for UNICEF.
