It shocks me that Duran Duran would cover a Public Enemy song.
Unfortunately, it is true. Someone needs to tell these guys to
stick to their own. Wild Boys? I don't think so!
So, where can I hear this lovely cover tune?

A public enemy song? didn't know they did...i did see a video with them
singing "white lines" from g.m. melle mel and the F.F.
does anyone know if that was melle mel and the F.F. in the video?
Personally its a sad attempt for Duran Duran to get their music played in
the clubs again. Melle mel and the F.F. should have released it on their
own.....whats next? Michael Jackson rappin "The Message" ?!??!

check

Hmm, at first i was really shoked to see Duran Duran of all
groups cover some of the best Hip-Hop jams of all times on there album,
but then i started to look at it in a different light, check this.
1) Duran Duran covers some of the old school jams, in turn it reaches a
broader audience, making people want to hear what the original sounded
like, they go buy the original, then they are turned on to the hip-hop
scene, from there its just all good. In fact i think its pretty chill
that a non Hip-hop group would give props to the old masters of the
skillz.....
Something to think on.

Salaam.
