Please take the time to read this, its kinda long.
I started searching amazon.com for Niccolo Machiavelli's books and I
came across this one, (and bought it) "The Art of War"
in the book Niccolo gives "the 10 rules of war",

In the song Blasphemy on the Makaveli album Tupac says "Got advice from
my father
all he told me was this, nigga get off your ass if you plan to be rich.
There's {10 RULES} to the game and I'll share with you 2. Know nigga's
gonna hate you for whatever you do. Now rule 1, get your cash on M.O.B,
that's money over bitches cause they breath envy. Now rule 2 it's a hard
one, watch for phonies, keep your enemies close nigga watch your homies.
It seemed a little unimportant, when he told me I smiled, picture jewels
being handed to an innocent child. I never knew in my life time I'd live
be these rules, inniated as an outlaw studying rules. Now papa ain't
around so I gotta recall or come to grips with being written on my
enemies walls. Promise if I have a seed, I'm gonna guide him right, dear
Lord don't let me die tonight. I got words for my comrades, listen and
learn, ain't nothing free take back what you earned. Gettin' high than a
muthafucka, bless me please, this thug life will be the death of
me, come on, and I remember what my papa told me, remember what my papa
told me. Blasphemy!"

He takes about what his "father" told him. But as you know Tupac was
raised by his mother, he never knew his real father. In interviews Tupac
gave after he was released from Prison Tupac said that he considered
Niccolo Machiavelli a father figure. Thats why Tupac took Niccolo's name
and became "Makaveli" Alot of people think the reason Tupac changed the
spelling of the name was because if you rearrange the spelling of
"Makaveli" it spells "Mak Alive"

In one of Machiavelli's books he talks about "staging ones death and
attacking his enemies from behind" Tupac died in 1996, B.I.G. was killed
in 1997, King Tut was shot in the face in 1998(Tut was one of the men
that shot Pac in NY) I don't know about the other two yet, I'm still
looking (Haitian Jack and Jimmy Henchman) but if there dead then part of
the "proficy" has come true already.

The reason why I keep thinking Tupac will come back in 2003 (7 years
after his death) is because of all the 7's that come up when you look a
his death. But why 2003? During the last interview(which I have on tape
and CD) Tupac talks about leaving the rap game and wanting to start a
political party. But there is no way in hell Tupac had enough money to
pull this off. But everything 2Pac ever touched has gone platinum and
then some since his death, his estate is worth much more then 6 figures
now.

Think about 2003 for a minute now, what major election will happen in
2004? Someone was telling me that there is going to be a black candidate
running for president in 2004, but what party?

Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were both at the hospital, when Tupac was
supposedly shot. Jesse has experience with politics and so does Al. They
can help Tupac out, and find  a candidate for his party.(Pac can't
run, he won't be 35 and he is a convicted felon).

So, what If?

Why didn't Tupac have enough for a political party? And there very well
could be a black candidate in the presidential election but he won't get
past the primaries. There's been one for almost the past 10 years.
There's one more reason Tupac can't be in a political party in 2003--
he's dead. We've yet to have a dead man run for president (Al Gore
doesn't count Bush is just brain dead).
