Seasons greetings all..............

unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control (my wife had lung cancer)
i am forced to raise money to get us back on our feet again financially.

i am selling my jerry ORIGINAL pen and ink drawing entitled "exercizing man"
it was done in 1992. i have the certificate of authenticity,bill of sale,
receipts and complete history.

it is in the original frame and measures 6"x8" in a 13"x16" frame. the framing
was done by the Dow and Frosini Gallery in Berkely on 12.2.92. for the Roberta
Weir Gallery, of Berkely Jerry's main distributor for his ORIGINAL artwork .

I purchased it from the ambassador gallery in soho, new york(the sole garcia
gallery in new york) the week of jerry's untimely passing.

i also have one of jerry's limited edition offset lithographs entitled "facets
2". it is hand-signed by jerry. not one of the silk screened signatures i
purchased that piece at approximatly the same time from Image Makers Art
Gallery in New Hope, Penn., a Major distributor for his lithographs, with 3
gallerys dedicated solely to Jerry's art. the lithograph measures 19"x24" in
a beautifully matted black 28"x 33" frame.i have the bill of sale and
certificate of authenticity as well.

i paid a little under $5000 for the original pen and ink drawing and a little
under
$1,500 for the lithograph. jerry's originals and signed lithographs have
appreciated 300% to 600% since his passing. Image Makers Gallery sells the
"facets 2" hand-signed lithograph for $3900 at the present time. (if they still
have one)

i am offering the pieces at the following prices:

"excercizing man" = $10,000 or best offer...... (image makers has 3 pen and

$16,000.00

"facets 2" = $3,500 or best offer.

Wow! I can't believe what these are going for today! I bought a signed
Wetlands II with authenticity slip back in 1989 from the Psychedelic
Shop for around $300. Anyone here knowledgable about art care to tell
me what it is worth now? I'm not looking to sell it but just
wondering. I also have a signed "Moon Mountain" but with no
authenticity slip, is that worth anything?

I bought a signed and numbered offset lithograph titled Volcano back in 93 or
94 for $400. I've seen an unsigned copy advertised for $1900. What pisses me
off is they took some of Jerry's unsigned works and rubber stamped his
signature on them! Mine is signed in pencil and should be worth more than
$1900.
